Tournament Rules

• Halftime is 5 minutes long
• Warm-ups are 5 minutes long (minimum)
• Each team is given four (45 second) timeouts per game. No carryover in overtime. Each team is allowed one timeout per overtime session.
• Overtime will last 2 minutes
• Team fouls will begin on the 8th foul of the half. All 1 and 1 fouls thereafter. No Double Bonus
• Personal Fouls: 6 per player
• Game Lengths: U14–U17: 16 Minute Halves / U12–U13: 14 Minute Halves / U/11: 12 Minute Halves
• Clock stops on all normal whistles
• Mercy Rule: 25 point differential or more CLOCK RUNS!
• No 10 second count in the backcourt
• Jump Balls: Every other/alternating possession rule
• National High School Federation Rules!

• In the event of a tie in overall record within pool play
  Tie Breaker
  1.     Head to Head
  2.     Point Differential ( maximum of 15 per game )
  3.     Head To Head
  *** In a 3 way tie.  Throw out the top team (they are 1^st) via point differential and go back to head to head to decide the next place of the 3****
